Of course, it is not enough to just reset the roasting counter; the used filter must also be replaced.

Instead of the Bonaverde filters, which are no longer available, I recommend an activated carbon filter from the aquarium supply: the JUWEL bioCarb activated carbon sponge in size XL.

Halved, it fits perfectly into the filter compartment of the machine and filters the roasting smell at least as well as the original filter at a moderate cost of approx. 2.50€ per change.
